We are seeking a highly motivated Group Home Operational Manager with a growth mindset to oversee the day-to-day operations of our group homes for individuals with special needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple group homes
- Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Communicate effectively with families, guardians, and other stakeholders
- Manage budgets and financial reporting
- Marketing and networking with referral sources
- Showing property
Ideal Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field – Or property management
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must pass a background check
Compensation is negotiable, but this is an opportunity for you to get in at the very early stages of a growing organization.
Pay will ultimately be based on performance and will increase with time as the organization grows.
