We are seeking a highly motivated Group Home Operational Manager with a growth mindset to oversee the day-to-day operations of our group homes for individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple group homes
  • Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Communicate effectively with families, guardians, and other stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting
  • Marketing and networking with referral sources
  • Showing property

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field – Or property management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must pass a background check

Compensation is negotiable, but this is an opportunity for you to get in at the very early stages of a growing organization.

 

Pay will ultimately be based on performance and will increase with time as the organization grows.
